Summary
Join a fast growing cloud technology company as part of our sales team. As a Sales Development Specialist you will be responsible for qualifying prospective customers and leads prior to working with one of our Inside Sales Representatives. Includes contacting leads via phone and email, researching prospect companies, gathering information from phone conversations and scheduling online demos or follow-up calls.

Responsibilities

  • Emailing to a strategic targeted list of prospects
  • Make outbound calls to qualify (including mapping calls & “are we a fit” calls) leads for positive responses received or incoming leads
  • Schedule Demo / Discovery Calls with key prospect influencers & our sales team
  • Educate prospects and answer basic questions on our products
    Track and maintain contacts and sales process through CRM tools

Qualifications

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • At least 1 year experience in sales
  • Knowledge of SaaS services
  • Demonstrable experience to meet and exceed measurable performance goals
  • Strong organizational skills, and experience with CRM applications
  • Bachelors degree required
