Actions to take if Gmail preview fails

Steps to follow to enable email preview, if fails:

  • Please visit your Google Apps admin panel and click the Apps Icon

  • You will be taken to the Apps Settings page, from there click Google Apps

  • In the Google Apps setting page, check for Gmail Status, if it is OFF, turn it ON for everyone by clicking the menu icon on the right

  • Navigate back to the Apps Setting page and click Marketplace Apps.

  • Under the Marketplace Apps list page, check for Syscloud Backup Security App, if the status is OFF, turn it ON for everyone.

  • Click on the SysCloud Backup Security App listing, you will be redirected to a page that will show all the information about the application. In that page if you find a text  “Approval Needed“,  expand the section and grant the data access
