Create Ticket

You can submit queries to our support team by creating tickets using “Create Ticket” option.

Ticket queries are classified as

  • Sales/Payment

  • Feedback

  • Feature Requirement

  • Technical support/issues

Steps to create a ticket

  • Describe about your query in the “Subject” field

  • Choose the “Ticket Type” from the dropdown list

  • Enter “Description” about the ticket

  • Attach any files if required

Click on “Create Ticket” to create your ticket and the following message box appears.

View Ticket

View Ticket tab allows you to view the tickets that are created by you. The “View Ticket” screen appears as shown below.

Click on “View/Reply” button to perform the following activities:

  • View the ticket

  • Reply to the ticket

  • Add comments to the ticket

  • Close the ticket

  • Re-open the closed ticket

When you click on the “View/Reply” button, the following screen appears.

In this screen, you can view the details of your ticket. Click on the “Comment” button to add comments about the ticket.

Enter the comments in the text area and click on “Reply” button.

If your query is solved, then you can close the ticket using “Close” button. You can also open the closed ticket by using “Re-open ticket” button as shown below.

NOTE: Whenever you reopen the closed ticket, you need to enter the reason for re-opening the ticket by clicking on the “Comment” button.
