Activity Report

Activity report displays the user actions in the backup application.

Daily activity log records all the user actions and you can view them via the “Activity report”. The user actions include:

  • App Install

  • Restore

  • Remove Service

Filter search mechanism lets you to search from a list of user activities for a specific date range.

This page displays history of export operations performed by the domain users.

You can always navigate to this page to download the previously exported data, thus eliminating the issue of repeated export of same data.

This page has the option to search exported data based on the following filters:

  • search based on “Google Apps Services”

  • search based on “specific user’s email address”

Group Restore

“Group Restore” report displays the history of all the domain name of the restored groups along with the date of restore.

“Restore Report” tab enables you to view the details of the restored Google Apps data.

Filter search option enables you to search restored data based on different feature type combinations:

  • Type of restored data

  • Google Apps services

  • Restore status

  • Date range

  • Domain name

Specify any of the above mentioned features or combine random features to search the data.

Restored Items:

Displays the restored item count; click on the count to view restored item list.

Displays restored data type labels.

Restored data is classified based on a list of restore type labels:

  • Restore all

  • Selected items

  • Individual item

  • Search & restore – custom label

This classification is further divided based on the type of data that is restored.

  1. Restored Mail data classification is named as below:

  • Restore all

  • Selected label

  • Individual item

  1. While “Restored Drive” data classification is named as below:

  • Restore all

  • Selected folder

  • Individual item

Search & restore – custom label feature

  • When you restore an item using “Search” option, it gets restored in a custom label whose name is date stamped automatically

  • Any number of restores done on a particular date gets stored in one date-stamped custom label, which enables you to recognize the restored items with respect to date

In the “Account Level Restore Report”, you can choose the domain name from the drop down to view the list of restored user accounts of the selected domain.

Click on “View Report” to view the account level restore details which includes:

  • Source and Destination user account names

  • Services restored along with the restore count

  • Restore status
