Our Support Process
Our security team is committed to be responsive 24×7, and you will receive a reply mail regarding the progress as soon as you mail us about the breach/incident. To help us in understanding the type of breach and its severity, we would request you to mail the required materials which may act as the evidence of the breach/incident.
Based on your communication, we will create a report to acknowledge the concern and send you a response mail detailing the further action process for the breach/incident. To track the issue exactly, we may need your coordination in reproducing the issue to find a solution rapidly. Post detailed analysis, evaluation and validation; the resolution plan will be shared with you.
