Self Service File Restore

Free up resources by allowing end users to securely manage their own data archives.

Using this feature you can:

  • Lets the users to log in to SysCloud Backup Application through their Google Apps account to view their backed up data
  • Allows users to restore their backed up data but retains control over other functions and settings

Implementing is Easy:

Step 1: Log in to your Google Apps account, click on “Apps” option to choose the “SysCloud Backup” Application.
Step 2:  You will be directed to backup application, where you can view the archived data in “Archive & Restore” page.
Step 3:  Choose the data to be restored and view the restored data status via “Restore Report”.
Step 4: Individual user backup summary can be accessed by clicking on “Profile” button in “Archive & Restore” page.
