          SysCloud identifies risky access and sensitive data exposure across files and email. You get visibility into sharing patterns and can quickly contain exposure with automated remediation workflows or targeted manual fixes. 
          You can automate response actions for both files and email. For files, automated actions via Action Flows include transfer ownership or grant access, remove sharing (all sharing, external collaborators, or link sharing), place items on hold, export items, dismiss, and optionally notify the admin or content owner. For email, actions include export, dismiss, and place on hold.

          The Security and Compliance add-on is for the backup product. Every time backup runs, data being backed up is inspected for compliance gaps and excessive sharing. Hence, detection is not real time. However, SysCloud sends out notifications or activates pre-configured Action Flows in real-time as soon as compliance gaps or excessive sharing is detected.  
          When SysCloud flags a violation, you can respond in two ways: automate remediation steps using configurable Action Flows or apply targeted fixes manually. Common actions include removing risky sharing, transferring ownership or granting access, placing items on hold, exporting items, and dismissing alerts.
