Yes, the storage limit for a paid Google Workspace SysCloud subscription is 75 GB per license. For customers with more than 100 licenses, SysCloud offers unlimited storage, subject to the Fair Usage Policy.

Yes. SysCloud lets you back up only Shared Drives without separate pricing for each service. Each license includes 75 GB of storage, which can be used for both user data and shared application data. For example, if you need to protect 750 GB of shared data, you would need 10 licenses.
Yes. The Trash folders of Gmail and Google Drive are not backed up by default. Admins have to enable backup for the Trash folder when creating a backup job.

Yes. During the free trial, you can back up Shared Drive and Google Classroom data. However, the trial supports backup for up to 10 Shared Drives and 10 Classrooms, within the storage capacity available during your trial period. To know more about the backup functionality for the shared apps, please contact our support team.
