General

SysCloud is for business and educational institutions using Google Workspace or Microsoft 365. We do not cater to individual users. If you are representing a business, non-profit or educational institution, you should be a domain administrator to start the free trial.

SysCloud can backup Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 data.
Google Workspace data backup includes Google Drive, Shared Drive, Gmail, Chat, Calendar, Contacts, and Sites.
Microsoft 365 data backup includes OneDrive, Outlook, SharePoint, Teams, Exchange, Contacts (People), OneNote, Planner, Stream, Whiteboard, Public Folders, Archived Mailboxes

SysCloud lets you back up all file type extensions except external app files installed with Google Drive (via Connect more apps).

We delete your data after 15 days of the expiry of the subscription period. ​

By default, SysCloud backs up your data in the US. However, admins can choose to migrate or set up the backup archives in the UK, Australia, or Canada. To know more, click here. 

SysCloud uses Amazon Web Services (AWS) to securely store backup data. SysCloud’s AWS servers are located in the US East region and are backed by military-grade security features.

SysCloud is an SSAE18/SOC2 certified organization. We have stringent reporting requirements on how we manage security, availability, data processing integrity, data confidentiality, and privacy.
SysCloud’s cloud backup software uses 256-bit AES data encryption when it is stored on our servers as well as when it’s accessed by customers. All requests to backup data and retrieve backed-up data is transmitted via Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) using Transport Layer Security (TLS).

Once you install the SysCloud app and start your free trial, you can click on the UPGRADE link from any screen or navigate to the My Account page to upgrade. A minimum billing of $100 for monthly plans and $950 for yearly plans is applicable when you choose to upgrade.

Yes. If you are a non-profit organization with a requirement to backup 25 to 100 users, please use our pricing calculator. If you are a non-profit with more than 100 users or an educational institute, contact us.

Yes. Besides volume discounts for businesses purchasing more than 500 user licenses, we offer a 20% discount on the yearly subscription price compared to monthly plans.

You need not make any additional payment for backing up document revisions.

If you choose to cancel any of the paid backup plans, the subscription will remain active till the end of your subscription period.

As per our terms of service, we do not provide any refund if you cancel your subscription.
However, if we are unable to meet our commitment made in the SLA and critically impact your business, we will provide a refund.

SysCloud backup for Google Workspace backs up all Shared Drive files at a user level. All Shared Drive files accessed by licensed users will be automatically backed up if Shared Drive backup is turned on in your domain-level backup settings.

Contract buyout

It is not possible to migrate your current archives from the current service provider to SysCloud. SysCloud will backup all the data available in your Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 subscription depending on the apps or the users you want to backup. Please download or export your backup archives available with your current service provider for any future needs.

You can use SysCloud at no cost for the remaining duration of the contract with your current service provider or 6 months, whichever is earlier.

  • A minimum of 100 user licenses are to be purchased. 
  • Customers switching to SysCloud can subscribe to our professional or enterprise plans on a yearly basis only. The monthly subscription option is not available.  
  • SysCloud will evaluate all requests to switch from current service providers and reserves the right to accept or decline the request. 

No. You can choose to either subscribe to the professional or enterprise plan when you switch to SysCloud. All features associated with the plan of your choice will be available without any restrictions.

SysCloud backup archives can be stored in one of the following locations - US, Canada, UK and Australia.

Yes, you will have 30-days to evaluate our product with an option to terminate the contract with no penalties.  
 
30-days after signing the contract with SysCloud, contract termination will attract a prorated yearly subscription fee calculated on the basis of the maximum number of users added to the SysCloud backup schedule at any point in time before the termination notice is sent.  
 
For example, if you choose to terminate the contract 60 days after switching to SysCloud, assuming the maximum total number of users is 100, your prorated early termination cost will be US$ 317.  

Yes, we will be happy to match the price offered by your current vendor. 

Yes, you will have the option to add additional users to your subscription plan. Your yearly subscription fee will be adjusted accordingly.

You should be a Slack workspace owner /HubSpot administrator /QuickBooks administrator to participate in the beta program.

The beta product is available (a) until the commercial release by SysCloud of a generally available version of the software or (b) 30-days from the date of creating an account on the SysCloud beta version, whichever is earlier.

The general availability version is expected to be launched on April 12th, 2022.

The backup archives will be moved to the general availability version automatically if you choose to upgrade. Your backup archives are subject to deletion in 8 days after beta expires in case you choose not to upgrade.
