SysCloud is for businesses, non-profits, and educational institutions using Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Slack, HubSpot, QuickBooks Online, and Salesforce. We do not cater to individual users.

SysCloud can backup Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Slack, HubSpot, QuickBooks Online, and Salesforce data.
Google Workspace data backup includes Google Drive, Shared Drive, Gmail, Chat, Calendar, Contacts, and Sites.
Microsoft 365 data backup includes OneDrive, Outlook, SharePoint, Teams, Exchange, Contacts (People), OneNote, Planner, Stream, Whiteboard, Public Folders, and Archived Mailboxes.
Slack data backup includes all workspaces and channels, excluding DMs and private channels. Backup for DMs and private channels will be available from April 2023.
HubSpot data backup includes contacts, companies, deals, tickets, products, line items, object properties, custom objects, engagements, tasks, lists (active, contact-based only), marketing emails, landing pages, website pages, blog posts, forms, files, templates, HubDB, and workflows (contact-based only).
QuickBooks Online data backup includes companies, transactions, lists, and attachables.
Salesforce data backup includes standard and custom objects (including files) and metadata types.
SysCloud lets you back up all file type extensions except external app files installed with Google Drive (via Google Workspace Marketplace).
We delete your data after 15 days of the expiry of the subscription period. ​
SysCloud back archives reside in secure AWS cloud storage instances in the United States, United Kingdom, Australia, Canada, and Singapore.
SysCloud ensures that your data is secure, available, and accessible at all times. We have different layers of security measures to make sure that your data is private and safe.
SysCloud is an SSAE18/SOC2 certified organization. We have stringent reporting requirements on how we manage security, availability, data processing integrity, data confidentiality, and privacy.

Google Workspace backup

SysCloud offers unlimited storage for all paid subscriptions, subject to the fair usage policy.

All Shared Drive files accessed by users with SysCloud backup license will be automatically backed up if Shared Drive backup is turned on.
To enable backup for any shared application, like Shared Drive, you should purchase SysCloud backup licenses for at least 75% of users in your Google Workspace domain.
Yes. The Trash folders of Gmail and Google Drive are not backed up by default. Admins have to enable backup for the Trash folder when creating a backup job.

Microsoft 365 backup

SysCloud offers unlimited storage for all paid subscriptions, subject to the fair usage policy.

Yes. Admins can enable backup for Outlook and OneDrive Recycle Bin when creating a backup job.
To enable backup for any shared application, like SharePoint and Teams, you should purchase SysCloud backup licenses for 75% of users in the Microsoft 365 domain.
Yes. Admins can perform an on-demand backup at user level from the SysCloud backup archives.

Slack backup

SysCloud supports all Slack plans including Slack Free, Slack Pro, Slack Business+, Slack Enterprise Select (Legacy), and Slack Enterprise Grid.
Yes. The admin can choose to backup either selected workspaces or all the workspaces in an Enterprise Grid subscription using SysCloud backup application.
Currently, we can only back up the admin’s private channels and direct messages. We will be releasing back up capability for private channels and direct messages from April 2023.
SysCloud can back up Google Drive and OneDrive files shared in Slack only if you choose to back up Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 in addition to Slack. If Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 aren’t backed up by SysCloud, the Slack backup archives will include the links to any Google Drive or OneDrive files.
Yes. New Slack users are automatically included in the next backup cycle.
Yes. Even if an user is deleted from the Slack workspace, the user’s backup data archives will be retained. 
No. Due to Slack’s architecture, data generated by users are interlinked and cannot be isolated for backup.

Yes. We can backup both admin's and non admin's private channels and direct messages. Admin requires user authorisation to backup non admin's private channels and direct messages. Learn more about user authorisation.

SysCloud pricing for Slack backup is based on the number of members in a workspace. To backup a Slack workspace, backup licenses must be purchased for each user who is a member of the workspace. Since we also backup data of deleted users, both active and deleted users are billed. When new users are added to a backed up workspace, additional backup licenses will be required.

QBO backup

Yes, SysCloud can back up all QuickBooks Online subscription plans - Simple Start, Essential, Plus, and Advanced.
No. QBO backup is priced based on the number of QBO companies backed up.

No. You can back up any number of QBO companies.
No. Only the admins can back up and restore QBO transactions.
Currently, SysCloud cannot restore transactions across QBO companies. This feature is in our product roadmap.
No. SysCloud can back up only QuickBooks Online data.

Salesforce backup

SysCloud backs up any production Salesforce organization that has REST API enabled. This includes the Professional edition, with REST API purchased as an add-on, Enterprise, Unlimited, Unlimited+, and Developer editions. We also back up any other derivative edition such as Education Enterprise, E-commerce Enterprise, etc.
Currently, SysCloud does not back up sandbox organizations.
No, we do not back up marketing cloud objects. We back up only Sales cloud objects and meta data.
SysCloud pricing for Salesforce backup is based on the number of users using the Salesforce account. Only active users will require SysCloud backup licenses. When new users are added, additional backup licenses will be required. When a Salesforce user is deactivated, SysCloud will issue a license credit for the deactivated user's license on a prorated basis.

Yes. SysCloud backs up standard objects, custom objects and metadata in Salesforce.
Yes. SysCloud restores Salesforce objects with all object relationships intact.
Yes. SysCloud can back up Salesforce custom metadata.
No. Objects cannot be excluded from backup.
No. SysCloud does not back up Chatter.
No. Only the admins can back up and restore Salesforce objects.

HubSpot backup

Yes. SysCloud can back up custom HubSpot objects.
Due to HubSpot API limitation, only metadata can be exported by Syscloud.
Yes. SysCloud restores HubSpot data with all the object relationships intact.

Yes, we do offer email support during your free trial. A ticket can be created from the application.

Yes, but please note that backup functionality for shared apps (Shared Drive, SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, and Google Classroom) is not available for accounts within a specific user range during the free trial period. To fully access backup services for these apps, we recommend upgrading to a paid subscription. To know more about the backup functionality for the shared apps, please contact our support team.

Pricing and upgradation

Step 1: Log in to your SysCloud account and navigate to account management in the settings page by clicking on the gear icon in the top-right corner. 

Step 2: In the account management section, update your location and zip code details.

Step 3: Navigate to Billing > Subscription under the "Backup Settings" page.

Step 4: Click on "Upgrade."

Step 5: Choose if you want to be billed monthly or yearly by moving the toggle button. 

Step 7: Select the checkbox next to the names of the cloud you want to back up. Enter the number of licenses needed and click on "Next."

Step 8: Review the purchase order and click on"Proceed to checkout."

Step 9: Add your account details, billing address, and credit card details to upgrade to the paid version of SysCloud backup.

No, there is no minimum license requirement to start backup with SysCloud. However, to enable backup for shared apps like SharePoint, Shared Drive, and Teams, you should purchase SysCloud backup licenses for 75% of users in your domain.

Yes. We offer volume discounts for businesses. Please use our pricing calculator for details.

We also offer a 20% discount on the yearly subscription price compared to monthly plans.
You need not make any additional payment for backing up document revisions.
If you choose to cancel any of the paid backup plans, the subscription will remain active till the end of your subscription period.
As per our terms of service, we do not provide any refund if you cancel your subscription.
However, if we are unable to meet our commitment made in the SLA and critically impact your business, we will provide a refund.

If you are subscribing to our cloud backup services and would like to export data from your SysCloud backup archives, please note that you are entitled to a free data export of up to 1TB per SysCloud account for a 12-month period.
If you would like to export more than 1TB of data from your SysCloud backup archives within a 12-month period, you can purchase an additional export quota at the rate of USD1000/TB.

Contract buyout

It is not possible to migrate your current backup archives from any other service provider to SysCloud. SysCloud will start a new backup of all the data available in your Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Slack, HubSpot, QuickBooks Online, and Salesforce subscriptions depending on the apps or the users you want to backup. Please download or export your backup archives available with your current service provider.
You can use SysCloud at no cost for the remaining duration of the contract with your current service provider or 6 months, whichever is earlier.
  • Customers switching to SysCloud can subscribe to our paid plans on a yearly basis only. The monthly subscription option is not available.  
  • SysCloud will evaluate all requests to switch from current service providers and reserves the right to accept or decline the request. 
No. All features associated with the plan of your choice will be available without any restrictions.
SysCloud back archives reside in secure AWS cloud storage instances in the United States, United Kingdom, Australia, Canada, and Singapore.
Yes, you will have 30-days to evaluate our product with an option to terminate the contract with no penalties.  
30-days after signing the contract with SysCloud, contract termination will attract a prorated yearly subscription fee calculated on the basis of the maximum number of users added to the SysCloud backup schedule at any point in time before the termination notice is sent.  
 For example, if you choose to terminate the contract 60 days after switching to SysCloud, assuming the maximum total number of users is 100, your prorated early termination cost will be US$ 317.  
Yes, we will be happy to match the price offered by your current vendor. 
Yes, you will have the option to add additional users to your subscription plan. Your yearly subscription fee will be adjusted accordingly.
