Each license includes 75 GB of storage, which can be used for both user data and shared application data. For example, if you need to protect 750 GB of shared data, you would need 10 licenses.
Yes. Admins can enable backup for Outlook and OneDrive Recycle Bin when creating a backup job.

Yes. During the free trial, you can back up SharePoint and Teams data. However, the trial supports backup for up to 10 SharePoint sites and 10 Teams sites, within the storage capacity available during your trial period.
