We have used Arcserve Backup for over 5 years and it has done everything we need it to. We haven't used their support much but that's because their product is pretty easy to use and learn. We've had 0 issues with it.

It's difficult to install, configure and solve all (baby) problems you encounter in the process, but once you are done with that and plans are up and running, Arcserver backup solution works great: just leave it as it is and it works just great.
