Product does as advertised, for larger environments you'll have product sprawl. Mainly a Windows based product, you can build Linux Media Agents but support seems to be a challenge.

It is not an easy solution to configure, and you need an expert to do it. Also, it works best with a domain-based environment. Some of the alerts are a nuisance like increase and decrease in backup size, etc.
