For a novice user, the UI is complex, multi-faceted and can be intimidating - if not overwhelming. The learning curve is long, but in the end, manageable. In terms of functionality, the biggest drawback in our use case is, that if a VMware virtual server (a file server) has very large amount of data (several Terabytes) stored on non-system disks (D:\, E:\, etc.), the VMware agent attempts to make a Snapshot of the entire data mass with all disks.
