In the rare event of a backup failure or error, the administrator will receive instant alerts via email or in-app alerts on the backup dashboard. The administrator can drill down to view the details of the alerts and take necessary action.
SysCloud’s intelligent API error management algorithm automatically resolves cloud API error when running a backup job. Errors that require administrator intervention are escalated via the dashboard.
By default, the backup frequency is once a day. Administrators can raise a support ticket with SysCloud if they require 3x daily backup.

With SysCloud, administrators can automate the addition of new users to the backup schedule. This auto-backup feature can be turned on or off at any point of time. SysCloud can also automatically remove suspended/deleted users from the backup schedule, thereby saving the license costs.
With SysCloud, administrators have the capability to exclude specific users and groups in the domain from the backup schedule.
Administrators have the option to exclude backup based on file type or file size.
A single SysCloud subscription lets administrators back up multiple domains. Administrators can easily switch between multiple domains in the same account.
