To enable backup for any shared application, like SharePoint and Teams, you should purchase SysCloud backup licenses for at least 75% of users in the Microsoft 365 domain being backed up.

Does SysCloud back up Outlook and OneDrive’s Recycle Bin?

Yes. Admins can enable backup for Outlook and OneDrive Recycle Bin when creating a backup job.

Can I back up SharePoint and Teams during the free trial period?

Yes, but please note that backup functionality for shared apps is not available for accounts within a specific user range during the free trial period.
