Compliance policies can now be configured based on file-sharing conditions.
Policies can be set to detect violations for files:
- Shared internally - Files shared within organization
- Shared externally - Files shared with users outside organization
- Shared either internally or externally - Files shared either internally or externally
This enhancement allows better monitoring of sensitive data and ensures compliance with organizational sharing policies.
