Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) provides an additional layer of protection for user accounts, reducing the risk of unauthorized access.
Users can set up 2FA using any compatible authenticator app (e.g., Google Authenticator, Microsoft Authenticator) by scanning a QR code or entering a manual code.
Users have the option to reset their 2FA setup, allowing them to regain secure access if needed.
Add-on enhancements
Admins can now perform additional actions on files flagged with compliance or ransomware alerts.
Additional actions will allow admins to remove file sharing at various levels, including disabling all sharing, external collaborations, and link sharing, to contain potential risks.
